2020年上半年Covid-19肆虐全球,十亿人禁足在家。彼时我在柏林和男朋友一起被困一室,一个居家办公,一个居家上学。12平米的小小房间一人居住时显得温馨可爱,两人便太拥挤。两个月下来两人蜷缩挤在一张窄窄双人床上,争夺房间里的唯一一张书桌,精疲力竭。

However, I would rather like to describe fermentation as a gift from nature instead of an art of culinary art. As human beings we can only base on our experiences and knowledge, adjust to the environment, temperature or other external factors, so that we could obtain the essence at some point. 野游归来,一点回忆和想法

大三下的时候刚刚进入家居工作室,没想到上的第一门课是“食品商业模式”。在工业系埋头对着模型、电脑硬干了一年多后第一次接触服务模式的设计,而且范围放在食物领域,当然是一下子就被吸引了。当时的想法是构建一个组织,以杭州为大本营,号召人们踏入野外,寻找在自然中饮食的方式。
